Why look at diets and throw up your hands and say this is impossible? What we advocate is not even a diet.This is a general life style, over all change, an actual return to what you and your body were designed for. Proven to work, by the worlds longest study and the largest number of people of any study......ever, 2 Million years, involving over 30 billion people. Nothing is set in cement so feel free to personalize it. Simple and makes sense. Nothing weird.Change this plan in places you like but just remember we just tell you what works and your idea may indeed be better, but we wont vouch for it working. Suggest you toe the line for a while in what is proven to work for me and others and then you can wonder off gradually with you own experimentation. First, I would get every thing under control.Use basic sense that makes it so you cannot fail and so that you enjoy yourself and so that you can stay on the plan as long as you desire. (actually when you get this all working you will just automatically prefer to stay on it the rest of your life) First of all this is a taper off...over a week or two but here is the basics to start with.Now you come to the "Will Power" part, which is to stop doing what you have always done. Your alarm system will go off saying this feels strange and uncomfortable, it can not be right......lets go back to doing what we have always done, that feels comfortable and must be right.Do the change anyway...this is you TAKING charge of your life and doing what needs to be done.
