| Note: Harlan had severe neuropathy and nothing helped.
Anodyne treatments were reported to help or work to some degree,
85% of time. |
Anodyne (LED) light lined boots, (buy a set $5.00 [plus) light
spectrum near infrared wave length, or spend over $2,000 cost and get a series of 30
minute exposure treatments. (20) Medicare reported will pay the bill for the treatment.
Harlan and electrical engineer son devised that suns rays carries and
contains same exact wave lengths, plus many others that may be even more
beneficial, and is all for free.
They Test theory (with Harlan as Lab Test Rat) you could do same
treatment with Arizona sun.
Tested with 30 minute exposure total including top and bottom repeated
for 3 days, result, miraculously regained much of lost feelings in both
feet. WHOOPEE!
Further treatments (exposure) helped some, but insignificant compared to
first three days. After 7 days discontinued as no further apparent
benefit.
All explained how to do it, (try it out for free) (repeat when and if
necessary for rest of your life for free) in previous articles.
Turns out, seems to be needing rejuvenated once a year or so.
This report is about what is happening, now same 2 neuropathic feet
nearly five years later. 3rd regeneration.
My personal arthritis test. May apply and
work for you. Before I got diabetes and turned my diet lifestyle
around. I had one finger that I roughly could not bend or if did really
knew about it...(pain). Main joint had a problem.
When I essentially had been on 3 or 4 months, of what I call my
ancestors diet, namely what my ancestors ate 1000 years ago (that in
mind). A change I had made as a result of my diabetes diagnosis,
I noticed one day...."Hey," I can close my right hand.
How did that happen or when did that happen? Actually I have no
idea, it just did.
Now, I use it as a test meter, close my hand no difference between right
and left, I am doing fine. Start to notice a difference in my
right I am slipping, better check what's being done wrong......
Should mention two other things, never bother with my blood pressure
since that has been under control since the start of this change.
I do look at the scales once a month, why not sure.
It has not varied more then 2 pounds in nearly 5 years now....eat as
much as I want, eat all the fat I can find, absolutely no sugars or
grains.
Thought those tests will help give you an idea of trend of progress,
without any formal tests. Once you know how to control your blood
sugar, I see little or no advantage of punching holes in you finger
several times a day.
Would stick with the every three month A1 C test until you have had that
under control for a long time. That's just my take on testing
myself as of today..... and how my diabetes is doing.
